Buds & Bows Floral Design

I called from New York to order a birthday balloon bouquet. The woman that I spoke with could not have been nicer or more helpful. She described all of the possible balloons that I could choose from for a custom bouquet. We got creative in making an appropriate balloon weight for the bouquet. The piece was beautiful!! It was great to work with someone who cared so much about getting it right. I highly recommend Buds & Bows!!

I contacted this florist looking for a pink flowered birthday arrangement for my daughter, who resides out of state from me. The arrangement was beautiful, but more importantly, the customer service and follow through was exceptional. Would 100% recommend Buds & Bows Floral Design! 🌸

Bought a half dozen of sunflowers and the flowers were in great condition and arranged so beautifully and thoughtfully. The customer service was phenomenal and loved the doggo at the front desk. My order was made and ready quickly as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the market for flowers!

This was the second time I have ordered flowers from Buds and Bows and had a wonderful experience yet again! I live in CO but my son and daughter in law live in Melbourne so I have to rely on ordering and delivery from a far. This delivery was extra special and important as it was my daughter in laws 30th birthday. She is an interior designer and appreciates quality and the finer details. Her direct quote was: “they are stunning and one of the finest arrangements she’s ever received”!! The ordering process , payment, delivery, and quality has been spot on! Thank you for your professionalism and assistance to make her birthday extra special!
